Theodora
I started my career in the dental field in 1978 . Learning the administrative part of the dental office was very quick. Even at that young age I knew I needed to be challenged, I needed to learn, and grow and I wanted to help people. I wanted to make a difference in patients lives.
At that time I decided to pursue my Dental Assisting Career. I graduated from the Dental Assisting Level I program of George Brown College in 1980. Since then I have taken the roles of Administrator, Dental Assistant, Supervisor, Office Manager, Consultant and even CEO of a multi dental office business.
I have been fortunate and have worked with many wonderful dentists over the past forty years that have provided me with the knowledge necessary to assist our patients in making educated decisions about their oral health. I have been able to assist and guide my team to provide exceptional customer service to all our patients and I have been instrumental in the creation of systems to ensure quality care, efficiency and professionalism; all with customer service excellence.
It is my passion to assist patients in meeting their oral health goals. It is truly a rewarding experience. During my personal time I enjoy spending time with my amazing children and our new puppy Mia while taking continuing education courses.
I also volunteer with an organization called HMO to offer free dental and medical treatment to third world countries and Canada.
